Bentley OpenUtility Products build on XFM feature placement methods. That allows you to initiate a placement as you would any XFM feature in the GIS. The Place Editor contains placement controls at the top of the dialog that modify the interactive behavior of the feature placement. The Place Editor also contains tabs that allow you to view and modify the current non-graphic attributes settings.
